Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of this platform. By registering an account, browsing content, enrolling in a masterclass, or otherwise interacting with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Definitions
The following terms apply throughout this document:

| "Instructor" | A recognized professional or subject-matter expert who creates and delivers masterclasses or educational materials on the Platform. |
| "Enrollment" | A User's formal registration to access a specific masterclass or educational program on the Platform. |
| "Account" | A registered profile created by a User to access personalized features and services on the Platform. |
| "We / Us / Our" | MambaFexe and its authorized representatives, agents, and affiliates. |
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may only access the Platform with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent.
2.2 Legal Capacity
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2.3 Prohibited Users
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to any User who has previously violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the safety or integrity of the Platform or its community.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
Certain features of the Platform require registration. When creating an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must keep your registration information updated at all times.
3.2 Credentials and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. You must notify us immediately at help@mambafexe.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.3 One Account Per User
Each individual may maintain only one active Account. Creating duplicate or fictitious accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
3.4 Account Termination by User
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure does not automatically entitle you to any refund of fees paid.
4. Platform Services
4.1 Nature of Services
MambaFexe operates an online learning platform that facilitates access to premium masterclasses, step-by-step instructional content, and expert-led demonstrations in various fields. Our services include but are not limited to: course discovery, enrollment, content streaming, progress tracking, certification, and community features.
4.2 Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect access. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.
4.3 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. This includes adding or removing courses, features, pricing structures, or third-party integrations.
4.4 Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party tools, payment processors, analytics providers, or external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party services.
5. Enrollment and Access to Courses
5.1 Enrollment Process
To enroll in a masterclass, you must complete the designated registration process, which may include payment of applicable fees. Enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the specified course content.
5.2 Access Period
Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, enrolled Users receive lifetime access to the specific course content for personal, non-commercial educational use. We reserve the right to modify access terms with reasonable advance notice.
5.3 Course Content Changes
Instructors and the Platform reserve the right to update, revise, or supplement course content at any time to ensure accuracy and relevance. Material updates generally enhance the learning experience and do not constitute a basis for refund.
5.4 Group and Institutional Enrollment
Organizations or groups wishing to enroll multiple participants must enter into a separate agreement with us. Unauthorized sharing of enrollment credentials or course access links is strictly prohibited.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 Pricing
Prices for courses and services are displayed on the Platform and may be subject to promotional adjustments. All fees are displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as noted at checkout.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the stated amount. We do not store full payment card data on our servers.
6.3 Subscription Services
Where subscription plans are offered, recurring billing will occur at the stated interval unless you cancel prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to suspend access to your Account and any enrolled courses until the outstanding balance is resolved.
6.5 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Generally, refunds may be requested within a specified window following enrollment, provided that a material portion of the course content has not been consumed. Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted purchases unless required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Ownership
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to course videos, written materials, graphics, trademarks, logos, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of MambaFexe or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
7.2 Limited License to Users
Upon enrollment or authorized access, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view course content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to download, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
7.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, post, or share any content on the Platform — including comments, reviews, forum posts, or project submissions — you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform. You retain ownership of content you create but warrant that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
7.4 Instructor Content
Instructors retain ownership of the original materials they create. By publishing content on the Platform, Instructors grant us a license to host, distribute, and sublicense access to that content to enrolled Users in accordance with our Instructor Agreement.
7.5 Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide to us regarding the Platform may be used by us freely without compensation or attribution.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
8.1 Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or our internal systems.
8.2 Content Piracy: Downloading, recording, copying, redistributing, or reselling course content in any format, including screen recording, mirroring, or scraping.
8.3 Credential Sharing: Sharing Account login credentials or allowing others to access your enrolled content.
8.4 Harmful Submissions: Uploading or transmitting any virus, malware, spyware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
8.5 Harassment: Engaging in threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward Instructors, other users, or our staff.
8.6 Misrepresentation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or organization.
8.7 Spam and Solicitation: Using the Platform to send unsolicited commercial communications or to solicit other users for commercial purposes.
8.8 Violations of Law: Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
9. Community Standards and User Conduct
9.1 Respectful Interaction
The Platform fosters a professional and inclusive learning environment. Users are expected to engage respectfully with Instructors, peers, and Platform staff at all times. Constructive criticism is welcome; personal attacks are not tolerated.
9.2 Content Standards
Any content submitted by Users must be accurate to the best of their knowledge, relevant to the educational context, and free from discriminatory, obscene, or harmful material.
9.3 Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or conduct that violates these Terms, please report it to us at help@mambafexe.com. We investigate all credible reports and take appropriate action.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
10.1 Educational Purpose Only
All content on the Platform is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional legal, financial, medical, or technical advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before applying any concepts learned on the Platform to real-world situations.
10.2 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that completion of any course will result in specific skills, career outcomes, certifications recognized by external bodies, or financial results. Individual outcomes depend entirely on the learner's effort, application, and external circumstances.
10.3 Platform Provided "As Is"
The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
10.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MambaFexe and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disputes, infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MambaFexe and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform; (c) any content you submit or transmit through the Platform; (d) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party; or (e) any misrepresentation made by you.
12. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy on matters of data, the Privacy Policy shall govern.
13. Certificates and Credentials
13.1 Issuance
Upon successful completion of applicable course requirements, Users may receive a digital certificate of completion. These certificates are issued by MambaFexe and represent completion of the stated program on our Platform.
13.2 No External Accreditation
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, certificates issued by MambaFexe are not accredited by any governmental, academic, or professional licensing body. They are intended to demonstrate personal achievement and skills development.
13.3 Revocation
We reserve the right to revoke any certificate if it is determined that it was obtained through fraud, cheating, or violation of these Terms.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform.
15. Termination
15.1 Termination by Us
We may suspend or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, Instructors, or the Platform, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
15.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability — shall continue to apply.
15.3 Appeals
If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may contact us at help@mambafexe.com to request a review. We will consider appeals in good faith but are not obligated to restore access.
16. Governing Principles and Dispute Resolution
16.1 Good Faith Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting us directly at help@mambafexe.com.
16.2 Formal Proceedings
If good-faith negotiation fails within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue available legal remedies. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
16.3 Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
17. Accessibility
We are committed to making the Platform accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We work toward conformance with recognized web accessibility standards. 19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and MambaFexe with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
By continuing to use the MambaFexe platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use in their entirety.
